General Information

We’re excited to announce that our wedding will be held out at Kez and Baz’s property located in the small rural town of Goomeri around 1.5hrs from the Sunshine Coast QLD.

We are steering away from the traditional wedding scene and tailoring the event into a fun camp out festivity. Think open field, rustic charm, and good times into the early morning. Due to the nature and location of the event we unfortunately aren’t able to accommodate children, so please leave the little ones at home.

Being out in the paddock please dress comfortably! Ladies, feel free to rock a stylish sundress or a two-piece ensemble. Gents, a crisp shirt paired with well-fitted jeans or chinos will do the trick (sneans or jorts at your own risk). Comfortable shoes are a must! For the evening remember to bring something warm as it can get into single digit territory out there.

Luckily for our QLD guests, it’s Labour Day long weekend! And because one day on the sauce is never enough, we’re excited to extend the fun with a Recovery Party the following day.

Schedule

Saturday, May 3rd

Arrival by 3:00pm

Feel free to arrive on the Friday or early Saturday, but we ask that if you are camping to arrive and be set up/ready to party before the ceremony.

Ceremony @ 3:30pm

Join us for a bubbly and the formalities.

Reception @ 4:00pm

Following the ceremony, we invite you to the marquee to let the night begin!

Sunday, May 4th

Recovery Party @ 1:00pm

Expect, rage cage, good conversation and a BBQ feed in the evening.

Camping

Everyone is encouraged to camp at the property free of charge. The camping is a flat paddock that will be conveniently located to stumble back to after the night’s festivities. There will be a hired toilet and shower available to use for the weekend. See the hipcamp ad for details. Please no dogs.

Basic rooms with shared bathroom and kitchen. If you want to stay here we recommend calling and booking ASAP as this place does fill up.

Transport

Most of the accommodation is walking distance and there will be parking available. Unfortunately, there is very limited taxi service that will need to be pre-arranged.
